From doing the survey and analyzing the whole data it can clearly be seen that Boots can do well if it comes to Bangladesh. In the present condition of the departmental store Boots can be successful in keeping their position. The people of our country can have the all branded and good quality products. As analyzing the data it can be seen that the demand, opportunities and acceptance are there for Boots so they can survive in the market with a very good position. Although bringing the Boots in Bangladesh in the beginning will be costly but in the long run in will be profitable, so Boots can come easily in Bangladesh and can prove their position in the world.

Present condition of cosmetic shops in Bangladesh for Boot's


Cosmetic is a growing trend in Bangladesh. Its rapid increase has showed that cosmetics shops are quite popular among the local people, especially the youth for beauty consensus people.
*     Demand for departmental store is growing day by day;
*     The brand loyalty of product is now increasing because the value of brand is absolutely different from normal product and it creates an appeal to the consensus's people. People feel pride of it.
*     The environment of departmental store is clean and it is crowdy one. People will find privacy. It is also favorable for family shopping.
*     Quality is main reason for brand product which is usually normal product does not have.
*     Brand product like Boot's has the after sales services so people will always prefer after sales service as far as the warranty is concern.


Being the brand products, the price of Boots will be high. So normal people can not afford it and it is the only rich people who can be afford it. So, our target is rich people.

It has been observed that the prospectus of departmental has tremendous and there is a further possibility to increase the departmental store in Bangladesh, because people prefer departmental store for shopping. Given the circumstances, we can summarize the Boot's has a great prospectus as a departmental store.

At the time of inauguration of departmental store, some people will visit to the store and they will also attract the brand loyalty.

It is the view of customers that brand quality is not all for retaining the customers, so the service and product quality is most important. Boot's is always caring about the service and product quality.
Departmental Store should be in a well located place where the customer will feel convenient. The other facilities like parking and security should be available so that the customer will feel easy to shopping.

We come out a solution through survey and general views of people understand by interview with people that if the Boot's product is launched in Bangladesh then it will be easy to marketing the products. It will be also profitable.

Distribution, as a marketing function, is concerned with adapting supply to demand with regards to time and place and also to different quantities and qualities of distributed products. It’s also one of critical issues in business success. Under the franchise, we are doing retailing which includes all the activities involved in selling goods directly to final consumers.

As a retailer, we should consider the following factors of distribution:

Location of retail store: It’s very important that retailers select locations that are accessible to the target market in areas that are consistent with the retailer’s positioning. And we should put the majority of the locations in rapidly growing areas where the population closely matches our customer base. At the beginning, we will first open only one shop, because we should take time to test and observe market. Since our target group is above middle-class people, the capital of Bangladesh—Dhaka will be our first choice. So for a better location where Boots can have potential customers, places like Gulshan, Banani, Uttara, Baridhara or Dhanmondi can be the better options. However, the capital on hand is also a limit to search for one location, because we have to settle for whatever location we can afford.

External distribution—supplies: Under franchise, all the products would be manufactured, packaged, stored, and transported in a particular performance of distribution. Boots has greater expertise in managing its global supply chain; and we will get supply directly from Boots’ companies. And Boots Company has its own distribution system, so we have to follow the instructions of the policies given by the authority to conduct the distribution.
