Their managing activity may be same but their product categories are not same. Again the other departmental store’s promotion style, advertising services are different than Boots as they have most of the branded products and for that the purchasing power matters. So Boots may in some products can take the pricing strategy as like the other departmental stores and they can also give coupons, gifts, discounts etc. by following the others so that the customers easily recognizes them.

After taking into account these factors Boots can enter in Bangladesh market for having their quality and branded products. If they are successful in attracting the customers with their better quality branded products, services, promotion style, benefits then they have good opportunity to earn profit from the Bangladeshi market and can survive in the market with a better position.
