Market Potential of Boots


Demand and importance of Boots- We made questionnaire and conducted survey among different age group of peoples. In our questionnaire we find out the existing situation of the other departmental stores and their services. We also tried to find out about the brand loyalty of the customers. We also tried to find out their purchasing power condition and their need for the branded products. We found out that few people especially rich peoples and foreigners they are loyal about branded products and they want the Boots store in Bangladesh, because most of them while staying abroad were regular customer of Boots. Although they said that the existing departmental stored are quite good but still they think Boots can do well in Bangladesh.

Product quality of Boots- As Boots is already popular in abroad for their quality and image of the products. They always try to use the best materials to produce their products. They also produce their each product with great care so that every customer can be satisfied by using and buying their products. They try to make the best products according to the customers need. They also try to package their products as much attractive as possible by understanding the products and the target customers for these products.

Product categories of Boots- Boots have different categories of products. They have products like medicine, products for healthcare, products for beauty, products for men and women and children, electronics etc. At the same time Boots can attract different ages of customers with their different categories of products. At the same time they have the branded products so they can give the best products to their customers. Here they can also have other countries products so that the customers from other countries who visit Bangladesh can buy theses products. The other competitors may also have these but Boots may be successful in competing with them and can satisfy its customers.
