Good sides and bad sides of franchising the Boots


Boots has all the branded products and they have other parts with them like Boots Chemist, Boots Optics etc. and with these they are providing very well services to their customers in abroad. So it is believed that they can also do well in Bangladesh market by understanding the customers, especially their culture, values etc. This is a good side about them. As most of the products will be like the foreign products so these will be appropriate for the rich people and the foreigners, but other classes of people in Bangladesh they can also buy these products because they find it is high status and style for them to buy higher priced products. So in this case Boots can be accepted pretty well. This is also a good sign for them. Again people in Bangladesh are health and skin conscious now, so they will buy the good quality products. So again, in this case the Boots have a good chance to do well in Bangladesh. This is again a good side and opportunity for them. Boots has opened stores in various countries like Hong Kong, Taiwan, London etc. so if they open store in Bangladesh then they can attract the customers they think their target market. The bad side for them may be as they are new in Bangladesh they may not get as much response at the beginning but as the time will pass and people will see their advertisement and when they will hear that they keeps branded products then they will start buying these products.

Day by day their store opening chapter is increasing and they are making healthy profit out of it. In different countries they made them successful by winning the heart of the customers by their good quality products so they can also do that in Bangladesh too and this is a good opportunity for them.
